Area Rug Pink
What color rug would go best in my room?
My dad and I are redoing my room because he is in the process of making his house look nicer. Previously, my room had pink walls and disgusting carpet from when my sister lived there. Painted the walls a neutral green, and the wood floor is a light-medium brown color. My shades and couch are a neutral brown color. I’m looking to get an area rug but am not sure how to match it to the rest of my room.

If it were my room, I’d go with a dark forest green rug. Then I’d have some forest green throw pillows around and maybe, if you are clever, sew a dark forest green ribbon around the edges of your curtains. Bring the paint swatch of your walls with you and make sure the two greens look good together before you buy a rug.
