Wacom bamboo pen screen area problem?
I just got a new Bamboo Pen tablet, installed it and ran the setup and tutorial. Everything worked fine at first. A little later, I tried to use the tablet again, but no matter where I move the pen on the tablet, the cursor on my monitor stays stuck in just a small area in the top left corner.
I checked the Pen Tablet Properties box and made sure the Pen Mode Details were set for the full tablet and monitor areas.
I installed the latest drivers from the Wacom site and restarted my system. Still the same problem.
I unplugged my mouse (no other pointing devices attached) and restarted again. Still the same problem.
What gives? Is it broken or am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
try unplugging the tablet, and see what happens.
It could be something like a stuck key on your keybd, or something on the touchpad (if a laptop).
Try a different connection port if you have a choice.
Make sure if using USB that this device goes straight to computer, not in a hub.
If you -must- use a hub, make sure it is a powered hub.
