What colors would work with electric orange?
My room is going to be painted electric orange NEXT year but i need more things like paintings, rugs and beanbags and curtains done this year…. so i need to figure out the whole color selection stuff what colors shud i make the rest of my stuff in?
Note: Its a medium sized bedroom
oh yes i also would like the room to have a sort of cute looking candy theme
i think yellow and lime green (i’m not sure if this is how it’s called…i’m talking about a combination between yellow and green) match.

Word Problems?
I am struggling to set up and solve equations for the following word problems;
“A rug placed in a 10ft x 12 ft room covers two-thirds of the floor area and leaves a uniform strip of bare floor around the edges. Find the dimensions of the rug.”
“The length of a rectangle is 5m greater than twice its width, and its area is 33m^2. Find the dimensions.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

(10-2x)*(12-2x)=80
120 – 44x + 4x^2 = 80
4x^2-44x+40 = 0
x=1 or 10 (but 10 doesn’t work)
rug is 8 ft x 10 ft

2x^2+5x-33=0
x=3 or -5.5 (but -5.5 doesn’t work)

Hep-I want to put an area rug between my sofas in den-wood floors whitewalls, bookcases-sofas leather paprika?
colour-not quiter pink-not orange-2 choices I have seen- background medium to lighter green rug with same paprika colour it-abstact pattern or background almost same as sofas with some light green and light blue–is it better to have mor colour that matches sofas or introduce new coulor and pop the sofa colour in it? Hi there, I am a professional interior designer for almost 20 years. Absolutely find a rug that has mostly contrasting colors. Green is a great choice because it is the complimentary color of red which is in the same family as paprika. The best shade of green to use is moss or a more muted green. Try to stay away from anything that has too bright of a green shade it may compete too much with the paprika sofa. It would be great to find something that has paprika and maybe ivory or white accents. This will pull all the colors together. Try adding some very textural white or ivory pillows to the sofa to soften the texture of leather. This will make the white walls appear intentional. Also, try to find some artwork that incorporates the green and paprika; this is where you can bring in another splash of color maybe blue or gold. Last but not least an awesome touch for a room such as this will be to find some large paprika color pots a few different sizes and add some indoor plants (silk is fine if you can find some realistic versions). If you combine all these elements guaranteed you will have a really great space to enjoy! Good luck and have fun!!!
