how can i remove stains from dog vomit from my natural dyed wool rug?
My dog vomited a lot on my natural dyed wool area rug, which I have blotted up, etc. How can i safely clean this area, with no damage to wool or coloring in rug? Can i use a home carpet machine, if so what cleaner can I safely use?

Woolite has a rug cleaner in a spray can. When you spray, allow it to set on the spot a bit so it can do its job. If it’s a thick piled rug, you may have to GENTLY work the Woolite into the rug a but with an old soft tooth brush. Then, use a cloth dampened with cold water to wipe up the rest. New puppy Golden retriever ?
Is it a good idea to give my pup his own little space? We were going to buy a little cheap area rug and put his cage, toys etc in the empty space in the laundry room. I’ve never had a dog before, my friend sarah said that her dogs love having their own space.
By all means give him his own area but don’t forget above all this puppy will need a lot of human contact too.
Use his cage at night for sleeping in and also any time when you need him to be safe and know where he is, e.g. if the phone rings or someone calls at the house. Use it as you would use a Play Pen for a baby.
Let him get used to his cage during the day by leaving it open and piling his toys inside it. He will soon begin to regard this as his ‘special place’ and go in voluntarily but if you just shut him in there for long periods he is going to become a very lonely little puppy.
My dogs all had cages to sleep in when they were puppies
but they were left open during the day. After a while they used to just take themselves off there when they wanted to
have their quiet time.

Is it worth it to buy this rug?
I want a rug that will be soft, plush, and durable through high traffic. I particularly like the one where the fibers stand up really strong but has a soft flexible touch.
